Biodynamic and organic, le Jaja du Ben is around 60% Gamay and 40% Indigenous Jura varieties. The grapes are vinified in tronconic cuves, followed by carbonic maceration for 3 weeks. Vinified naturally without filtering and no added sulfur. Maturation lasts for 9 months in a conical wood tank. Transparent light red robe, this wine is very juicy and has a clean nose with aromas of red berries. Low tannins, somewhat slightly sparkling. Complex and interesting wine: redcurrant and beet nuances on the palate.
