Touraine Amboise Buisson Chenin Domaine Bonnigal-Bodet 2020

Le Buisson 2020 is produced from Chenin Blanc grape variety, which is grown on 9-year-old vines. It has a distinctive aroma that is characterized by the sweet smell of white flowers and the tangy scent of citrus fruits, predominantly grapefruit.

Jean-Baptiste Bonnigal and Stephane Bodet have been close friends for a long time. After an experience In New Zealand and Australia, Jean-Baptiste has worked with Fran?ois Chidaine in Montlouis-sur-Loire. Then he invited Stephane to join him in managing the family domaine in Limeray, near Amboise. Domaine Bonnigal Bodet is located on a hillside on the north bank of the Loire and specializes in cultivating chenin and chardonnay grapes. The winery produces wines from two main appellations : Touraine and Cremant de Loire.
