The nose offers grape aromas combined with gingery and vanilla hints. The palate displays a citrus theme with a silky gras and hints of spices on the fresh finish.

After 10 years of learning from some famous winemakers in France and Spain, Julien Pilon started his own domaine in 2110 and used to describe himself as a landless winemaker? as he started with rented vines. Today, Julien is working 5 hectares of vines, some owned, some rented and he is still buying grapes on the side for most of the production. The vines are farmed organically and the domaine just started the certification process. 80 percent of Julien?s production is white. He strives to produce white wines with flesh but with maximum freshness too. He wants to make balanced and precise whites.
