Aromas of ripe apple and pear, a lovely minerality driven by the calcareous and marl soil it is grown on. The finish shows saltiness. A fresh, fruity and balanced wine.
The Kleinknecht are winemakers for seven generations. Since 1991, Andre has been managing the domaine which he converted to organic culture in 2002 and producing nice expressions of alsatian wines.
