This Chardonnay is vinified and aged for 7 years 'sous voile'. The nose is generous and very expressive with aromas of confit fruits, citrus and honey. The palate shows great velvety texture. Its volume is impressive just as much as the length is, with a finish on lime and white pepper notes.
Jean Francois Ganevat has been elected winemaker of the year in 2018.
