La Cuvee de Garde is vinified sous voile (under a yeast film) for at least 48 months. The nose develops aromas of yellow fruits, curry and nuts. The palate reveals great freshness and a certain refined minerality too.
Jean Francois Ganevat has been elected winemaker of the year in 2018. He produces astonishing wines from the best terroirs of the Jura region which showcase the best expression of the region' s native varieties. He also crafts a range of pop and drink Vins de France blended out from fruits bought all over France
