18 months ageing in both oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The wine is very elegant and harmonious. The palate is juicy and shows a vibrant fruit. Aromas of cherry, mulberry and raspberry and hints of sweet spices followed by great length.
Philippe Garrey is a passionated wine maker. Located in the Cote Chalonnaise, this hard worker is running his small scale estate according to biodynamic principles (although not certified).
